Oh my gosh! I’m so glad I was linked to this. I am going to purchase this book. I was one of the folks pushed out of Dover, Idaho in 2011. We had our home for years and watched the build up of Dover bay. I lived next door to the state rep and felt helpless, eventually losing everything. We moved into town and then ended up leaving the state completely. I try not to be hold onto any bitter memories…but it was hard to watch.
oof. I'm sorry you had to leave, it's SO hard to watch now in Montana - basically everywhere that was until very recently nice and livable for regular folks in the Mountain West.
This is fantastic. Thank you both! I've been looking for analysis and conversations exactly like this.

We have family in Polson, MT we see it there as well. It’s a hard and frustrating thing to go through. Thank you for your words
